Hi. My name is Sally Bluhm. Most everyone I meet loves this town I call home, but I have really struggled to feel the same, so I've embarked on a journey to fall in love. I am chronicling it here in 365 Days in Colorado Springs.

A few things you should know about me are:

I love chocolate chip cookies. These are my favorite.
I'd rather wear boots and a sweater than flip flops and shorts.
Someday I'd like to visit Frank Lloyd Wright's "Falling Water House" in Pennsylvania because modern design is my kind of song.
I'd also like to visit Prince Edward Island because Anne of Green Gables was my favorite book growing up. (Note: NOT the movie. The Book.)
I've lived in 22 houses.
You've Got Mail is my favorite movie. I even saw The Shop Around the Corner and In the Good Old Summertime first because I'm cool like that.
I married my first kiss.

This is my family:

This is Claire. She's 7. She loves trying new food, swimming, animals, and playing. She has a lovely singing voice and can memorize songs with surprising accuracy.

This is Avery. She's 5. She loves gymnastics, art - drawing maps specifically, and helping. She wants to try any and all new activities, and she really wished she were already in kindergarten.

This is Blake. He is 2. He loves Claire and Avery who he calls 'Coco and Deedee.' He loves cars and balls and animals and rocks and water especially when they are together.
